Audrey A J McGibbon, Registered Psychologist,
MA (Hons), C. Psychol
Audrey is one of the founders of EEK. Audrey
enjoys a prominent reputation as a leading consultant organisational
psychologist. She is the former and highly successful Managing
Director of SHL Australia - a human resources firm renowned
for the quality of its assessment portfolio and psychometric
tests.
After 12 years' executive and consulting experience
with the SHL Group, Audrey now runs her own niche assessment
and development consultancy based in Sydney, Australia - EEK
Pty Ltd.
In her consulting capacity as a psychologist,
Audrey has been an advisor to a range of organisations spanning
primary, secondary and tertiary industries and across both
public and private sectors in Australia, the UK and across
the Asia Pacific region.
Audrey quickly adds value to any new client
engagement by extrapolating broader applicability from these
many and varied experiences. Her work has encompassed nearly
all the key aspects of applying psychology to assessing and
developing individuals and organisations.
Audrey is an established specialist in competency
development, assessment centres and executive leadership.
As one recent example of her assessment centre design credentials,
Audrey was the lead consultant responsible for developing
the highly acclaimed Australian Public Service Senior Executive
Leadership Capability Framework and the resulting Assessment
Centres, including all aspects of original exercise design
materials. This initiative is now used across the Australian
Public Service as a blueprint for future leadership success.
Audrey has a double degree from the University
of Edinburgh in Psychology & Business Studies, specializing
in Organisational Development, Change Management and Assessing
Human Behaviour in the Workplace. She is also a Member of
The Institute of Company Directors and is fully registered
as a psychologist in NSW and as a specialist Chartered Occupational
Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.

Karen Gillespie, Registered Psychologist,
MA MSc MAPS
Karen is an independent management consultant
with a background in organisational psychology. She has 14
years' experience of working with organisations to grow their
business by enhancing the effectiveness of their people.
She has extensive experience in the assessment
and development of people at work, using a range of approaches
to bring about change for both individuals and organisations.
Her primary areas of expertise are training
and facilitation, competency design and assessment (using
a variety of approaches such as psychometric
tools, 360° assessment, assessment and development centres),
feedback, coaching and personal development planning.
Before establishing Gillespie Management Consulting,
Karen was the National Consulting Director for SHL Australia.
Andrea Croft, Registered Psychologist,
BA MA MAPS
Alongside her formal qualifications in Psychology,
Andrea brings a wealth of 'real world' business experience
to the team. Having had the opportunity to work with a number
of local and multinational organisations Andrea has developed
a depth of experience in the implementation of business and
HR projects which demonstrate real results.
Specifically, her expertise and majority of
experience lies in the design and development of best practice
selection and development methodologies, including senior
management/executive development, 360° assessment and feedback.
Andrea also has particular experience in corporate
culture programmes, designed to assess and develop organisational
performance.
With her professional, results-driven approach
and a genuine interest in people, Andrea ensures that consulting
solutions are developed and delivered according to the client's
needs.
Tina McCarthy BSc (Hons) MSc C. Psychol
Tina is an experienced business psychologist
with over 12 years’ consulting experience, initially with
the SHL group in the UK, managing a team of consultants and
for the last 2 years as a freelance consultant. She has worked
in partnership with an extensive range of clients both in
the UK and internationally. In particular, she has worked
with large oil companies, global investment banks, law firms,
pharmaceutical companies, hotel groups, retail companies,
public sectors and some of the World’s top IT companies.
Tina’s main focus is on the fair and objective
assessment and development of individuals at work. She specialises
in competency development, assessment and development centres,
coaching and personal development planning. She is also a
successful trainer and facilitator on a wide range of custom
designed programmes including competency-based interviewing,
assessor skills, change management, and general management
skills in leadership, performance management, coaching and
feedback.
Tina is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist
and Full Member of the British Psychological Society Division
of Occupational Psychology.
She successfully balances her desire for best
practice with an astute commercial awareness, resulting in
optimum outcomes for her clients.
